Brooklyn rap veteran Fabolous has helped wave good-bye to NBA icon Kobe Bryant with the release of his new “Black Mamba” freestyle.

Fabo treated sports and hip-hop fans alike to the tribute this week.

Sampling Hov’s Black Album cut as his template, Loso reflects on conversations he shared with the Lakers legend throughout his career. “I talked with him twice at the games,” he rhymes. “Once at the ‘Trade It All’ video, I’d say we had a nice lil’ exchange of words / He said, ‘You gotta come and spice up the game’ / Say word? / Kobe giving me advice is insane, absurd.” (Rap-Up)
