The City Girls are back, just in time to heat up another summer.
JT and Yung Miami announced on Instagram they’ll be releasing a new single, called “Twerkulator,” this Friday.
The Florida-based duo haven’t been very active as a group since last summer, when they dropped their “City On Lock” album and were featured on Moneybagg Yo’s “Said Sum” remix.
Even when they’re not releasing music, the City Girls stay in the hip-hop headlines — for better or worse.
JT recently had some old tweets resurface in which she was critical of megastar Nicki Minaj, while Yung Miami revealed Onika has her blocked on Instagram.
The platinum-selling pair has also been in the news for their relationships. JT is dating rap star Lil Uzi Vert, while Yung Miami’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Southside has been involved in a feud with chart-topping MC Kodak Black.
