Former Bad Boy Entertainment artist Yung Joc has stepped forward to address the viral attention his new hairstyle has sparked this week.

Joc went to Instagram Friday (August 26) and stood behind his headline-generating hairdo.

“I’m just here in Hollywood. On-set and sh*t. Hold on. Uh. Whatcha need bro, whatcha need? … I know y’all are trolling me for my hairdo but it’s cool because I’m a real motherf*cking cool a**. I’ll be back, I’ll be back to y’all motherf*ckers in a minute.”

Joc also poked fun at himself with some viral posts aimed at him.
