I’ve really learned to believe in myself a little bit more. All of the material that y’all have been hearing from Young Buck, everything from Before The Beast mixtape and everything that you’re hearing I hadn’t wrote.

I haven’t picked up a pen and a pad at all. So I just learned to trust myself a little bit more and go with that boost and just do what I want to do if it feels right.

That’s really my recording process and it’s kind of been working. So it’s really been exciting doing it that way.

It’s positive energy amongst us. When we were away from each other, I think the separation has made the hunger even more. Just to see us together, amongst each other and knowing where we’ve been and what we’ve been through and then to see y’all really pushing and promoting the music that’s out there, it’s so different from what we bring to the table.

We know what we do [in the music] is needed and I’m just kind of watching how hip-hop is almost rotating.

I was telling 50 [Cent], “Yo man, this whole reunion thing that you’re making happen, it’s kind of an acceptance of the realness.” You’re seeing a little bit more reality in the videos.

I think we have a lot to do with that because we stand along with the music we make.

G-Unit? We created our own thing and we stay in our own lane. We really never and probably never will ride the trend. We set the trends.
