Buck claims the incident went down in the early hours of morning, much to his surprise.

“I was sleep, man. It was like 6:30 am. They were probably thinking I was still living how I was back in the day, because they came with their guns out and everything. My past has already been out there, so maybe they thought I was up to no-good. If you coming just to serve some tax papers and take assets, then you wouldn’t have M-16s, 12 gauges, and glocks all out. They making it seem like it’s a drug raid…I opened the door and they rushed straight in, man. I didn’t even know what it was about. But I accept all responsibility. They put a n*gga against the wall, yelling “who’s in here!?”, and pulled my kids to the front room, all that.” (VIBE)

Buck also denied being in debt to the IRS for over $300,000.

“I don’t owe no $300,000, they was telling me I only owe them $164,000. And they saying they were trying to create some communication with me for three years. But my accountant was 50 Cent‘s accountant, my lawyer was hired through his lawyer, my manager was 50 Cent’s best friend. So once I was actually pushed away from that crew–I had to reconstruct my circle of people that was handling my business, and I ended up catching the backlash of that with this whole tax situation. I’m not trying to blame anyone though, I accept full responsibility, but one plus one equals two.” (VIBE)

Reports hit the Internet earlier this month claiming Buck had his Tennessee home raided by federal agents.

Armed feds reportedly raided the home of rapper Young Buck on Tuesday because he allegedly owes more than $300,000 in unpaid taxes. IRS agents carrying a shotgun warned the performer not to interfere as they turned his Nashville home inside-out seizing assets that included recording equipment, jewelry, and his kids’ PlayStation. Immediately following the incident, Buck accepted responsibility for what took place.

The rapper doesn’t deny failing to pay Uncle Sam. “This IRS situation came about because I trusted accountants, lawyers, and managers to handle my business for me while I focused on making music,” Buck told TMZ. “From now on, I am going to stay on top of my own business.” Sounds like a good plan, Buck.
