Memphis rap mogul Yo Gotti is making big-time moves. The boss of CMG Records has announced a partnership with industry giant Interscope to take his business to the next level.

CMG Records’ growth has been insane. From launching its first project in 2013, Yo Gotti’s I Am album that went certified gold, to eight years later boasting a roster that includes Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, Blac Youngsta and rising star EST Gee. Now the label’s union with Interscope will allow Gotti’s camp to expand even more.

42 Dugg Is Unstoppable W/ New Publishing Deal
CMG rapper 42 Dugg is getting some major recognition. It was announced recently that the up-and-coming star has landed a new publishing deal. Representatives from Warner Chappell explained the motivation behind the partnership was to tap into Dugg’s potential before he inevitably blows up.

After the breakout success of his Young & Turnt, Vol. 2 album last year, 42 Dugg dropped his latest album on May 21. Free Dem Boyz has features by Roddy Ricch, Future, Lil Durk and Fivio Foreign, among others.
