XXXTentacion Sent To Jail, Faces Decades Behind Bars

Florida rapper XXXTentacion doesn’t have to worry much about contemplating retirement. New reports claim the hip-hop newcomer is currently behind bars for violating a bail bond in a domestic violence case.

According to reports, law enforcement put XXX behind bars Friday (December 15) and hit him with new charges.

XXXTentacion was sent straight to jail Friday morning after prosecutors slapped him with 7 new charges, all felonies, in his 2016 domestic violence case. The new counts include different degrees of witness tampering and witness harassment. Prosecutors believe he coerced the ex-girlfriend he’s accused of beating. He was already facing charges of battery against a pregnant woman and false imprisonment. (TMZ)

During Friday’s court appearance, a judge decided to put X in jail for violating his bail bond.

During Friday’s hearing in Miami-Dade County, Judge Teresa Mary Pooler determined that Onfroy had violated his bond from his initial arrest. As such, the musician was taken directly to jail where he’s likely to remain until his next trial date. (New York Daily News)
