According to reports, interns are needed at the crew’s hometown location.

Every now and then a gem will land on Craigslist. This time it’s courtesy of Wu-Tang Clan. According to their Craigslist post, their management is in need of an intern at their Staten Island offices. An ideal applicant is someone with excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, well organized, and has extensive experience running social networking sites. Think you fit the build? If accepted, you can expect to take upon the responsibilities of working with their video production department, radio station, and maintaining their social network, Wu-World.com. (Complex)

During the 2010 pre-promotion of the Wu-Massacre, Ghostface Killah used social networking platform Myspace for fans’ help on the album.

“We Need a Group Name!!!!!,” the message read last night (January 8). “Help us out! As you know Ghostface Killah, Method Man and Reakwon are teaming up for an album dropping very soon, but Meth, Rae & Ghost need a name 4 the group. Txt MethRaeGhost to 66937 to name the band! If they chose UR name U can be in the liner notes (Ghostface Killah’s MySpace)

Outside of social networking, the crew released their new Legendary Weapons album this month.

The Wu-Tang Clan’s sprawling output and the fact assembling all its members is akin to herding cats, means it’s hard to tell what counts as a genuine Clan studio album. Legendary Weapons has everyone except GZA and Masta Killa, plus a smattering of Killah Beez, so it’s pretty much there. (Metro)

The Wu recruited several artists for the album including AZ, Termanology and M.O.P.

In addition to Wu-Tang Clan group members Ghostface, Raekwon, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, Cappadonna, U-God and The RZA, Legendary Weapons also features verses from AZ, M.O.P., Trife Diesel, Killa Sin, Termanology and others. (StreetKode Magazine)
