Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West is reportedly not sweating the small stuff after fellow celebrity Will Smith took a few jabs at the over-exposure Ye's pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her family receive.
According to reports, Mr. West knows Smith had no ill intentions behind his remarks.
“Kanye knows Will personally and [doesn’t think] Will meant any disrespect to Kim or her family,” a source close to Kanye tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “He didn’t even say anything about Kim or her family. He’s a veteran at this and even if he meant it about them, he didn’t say [anything] directly about them.” Both Kanye and mother-to-be Kim Kardashian love Will and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith, our source tells us. Will Smith’s son Jaden may be hanging with the youngest member of the Kardashian clan, Kylie Jenner, but that doesn’t mean that the two famous families share the same feelings about fame. The 14-year-old son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, Jaden Smith, is reportedly dating model and Kardashian-clan member Kylie Jenner. The teens were spotted over the pond in London this past weekend in town to attend Justin Bieber’s nineteenth birthday celebration. Smith and Jenner deny dating but they were spotted dining across town various times. It also looks like Will Smith approves of the budding relationship as he was seen chaperoning the teens as they had dinner at NoBu, a popular London restaurant on Saturday night. (Black America Web)
Recently, Will admitted he had clocked in a few studio sessions with Ye.
“I’ve been messing around with Kanye, we went into the studio a couple of times,” Smith revealed in an interview. “I might get the bug. I’m not gonna do it unless I’m truly inspired but Ye’s been pushing me a little bit.” (Hip Hollywood)
