New York hip-hop executive Scott La Rock Jr. is keeping it 100. The rap royalty has come forward to provide context behind a couple social media posts he made acknowledging Cardi B drugged and robbed men during her stripper days.
Scott went to Instagram Wednesday to set the record straight and remind fans he’s not throwing shade or disses at the Bronx native.
“Since yesterday I’ve been facing mad backlash because I said two people drugging each other is the same thing and I don’t see how that’s different. I see a lot of people taking my statement out of context and making it seem like I’m comparing raping to robbery. No. I’m comparing two people drugging each other and that’s it. Now the point I was making was you can’t just say, ‘Oh, I used to drug and rob people,’ and drop your mic and walk away and act like that’s okay like you don’t have millions and millions of kids that follow and idolize you and that you shouldn’t clear that up and at least let them know at the very minimum what the risk associated was with what you were doing or how you could have been raped or how you could have been killed. How it’s not okay. How you didn’t get to where you are today doing that. Don’t glorify it, make it seem like it’s cool, make a statement like that and drop your mic. Period.”

This week, more throwback footage emerged of how Cardi used a transgender person to get revenge on a man.

Earlier this week, footage resurfaced of Cardi B admitting to using sex to take advantage of men and rob them.
