Rich Gang rapper Rich Homie Quan‘s recently released footage of himself smoking with his one-year-old son next to him may spark some serious trouble.

According to reports, Child Protective Services is going to investigate what went down.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Georgia authorities saw the video of RHQ’s 1-year-old on his lap as he puffed away, and they were alarmed. Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department have now teamed up to investigate. Our sources say CPS wants to sit down with Quan and ask a slew of questions … notably, what was he smoking? They also want to know if this was a one-off or his standard operating procedure. (TMZ)

Over the summer, Quan and rap star Lil Wayne hooked up for a recording session.

Last night, Rich Homie Quan and Lil Wayne had a studio session in Miami, Florida. Quan also went on Twitter after Tune released his Free Weezy Album to tweet: “Wayne is the GOAT hands down don’t care wat nobody say. My biggest influence. Luv u big Bro @LilTunechi”. Although he did not shed any tears, Quan recently said he took offense to Rich Gang’s Young Thug calling him “B*tch Homie Quan” at a concert.

“Not to get in my feelings, but it hurt,” Quan revealed referring to Thugger’s remark. “Not as in I’m going to cry, but I would never disrespect you point blank period, especially when we have each other’s numbers.” (“Highly Questionable On ESPN”)

Recently, Quan said he was very supportive of his Rich Gang group members.

“I wish him the best success,” Quan said when asked about his status with Young Thug. “That’s my brother forever – I do wish him the best. I am still with the label, Rich Gang – Birdman is still my uncle. Like I said, me and Thug got the same dad just different mamas. I do wish him the best success.” (Just Whookid)
