Young Money’s Nicki Minaj is reportedly living the single life these days as new details about her alleged breakup from rumored boyfriend Safaree Samuels have sprouted online.

According to the latest reports, Nicki decided to call it quits with SB after 14 years together.

We’re told Nicki and Safaree had an arrangement — she’s the breadwinner and he’s the backup singer/hype man/personal assistant. But we’re told Safaree was getting sick of being in the background and had become increasingly hostile … an emotion she reciprocated. We hear the final straw was when Safaree didn’t show up recently to one of Nicki’s shows, leaving her scrambling for a hype man. She confronted him and he went crazy. (TMZ)

This made people wonder about her marital status this week…

Pictures of Samuels no longer donning Nicki-inspired tats hit the ‘net this week.

If Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend are still together, then he’s got a weird way of showing the love … having 2 of his 3 Nicki tats covered up with new ink. Check out the pics for yourself … Safaree Samuels had some work done on his chest — though it’s unclear when — and he clearly covered up Nicki’s name/mug. Not only that, but his forearm ink looks drastically faded as well. (TMZ)

Although brief and to the point, Nicki appeared to tease fans about her marital status on Instagram last May.

“SINGLE N READY TO MINGLE,” Nicki wrote May 13. (Nicki Minaj’s Instagram)

Photos of the self-proclaimed Barbie donning a flashy diamond on her ring finger hit the ‘net a few weeks prior.

She definitely knows how to make an entrance and Nicki Minaj didn’t disappoint when she returned home from a luxury holiday in Mexico. The singer and rapper landed at LAX on Friday with her long-time beau Safaree Samuels after returning from a relaxing getaway to Cabo San Lucas. But while Nicki is usually the centre of attention, it was the large band on her ring finger that stole the show. There was no missing the sparkler which flashed as the 31-year-old made her way through the airport. (Daily Mailk UK)
