The Kardashians want to set the record straight. Select members of the reality TV family have reportedly reached out to soon-to-be in-law Blac Chyna over a trademark name rumor.

According to reports, multiple Kardashians and mom Kris Jenner have hit up Chyna to dumb down beef gossip.

Sources close to BC tell TMZ … Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe reached out to her and assured her their lawyers were following standard ops when they filed docs to block Chyna’s application to trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian” — not singling her out. We’re told Kris personally told Chyna there’s no beef … it was a simple mix-up and she’s calling off the legal eagles. For now, everyone’s saying the right things to make Chyna feel better about the legal diss — but, fact is, her trademark still hasn’t been approved. (TMZ)

Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni went to Instagram Friday (December 9) and rode behind the curvy vixen in light of the trademark drama.

This week, Chyna’s lawyer Walter Mosley, addressed the buzz growing from the Kardashian family allegedly trying to block her trademark pursuit.

“The Kardashians, like Angela and my other clients are very protective of our marks, I think for us this is going to be a clear case win, because it’s actually her name, it’s not a poaching. I would hope that this is just a junior lawyer’s error, who’s just responding to everything and not really looking at who it’s from or why it was filed. There’s a softer side of this where Angela has to have a conversation with her family. But until I hear otherwise, I’m just going to proceed as I normally would with a lawsuit. I have 40 days to respond,” Mosley tells PEOPLE of the suit. (People)

Details developed yesterday (December 8) about the Kardashians trying to block Chyna’s trademark request.

The sisters throw down the gauntlet in docs, saying if Chyna gets the trademark they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” Translation: stay in your ex-stripper lane … you’re not one of us. Make no mistake … this is nasty. In the docs, they say Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name. (TMZ)
