New details surrounding a publicized shooting at rap star T.I.‘s Scales 925 Georgia restaurant have surfaced Monday (October 26) evening.

According to the latest reports, one of the shooting victims is former NBA player Glen Rice Jr.

Rice fled the scene in a Porsche, the vehicle that police pulled over to find the former Wizard bleeding from his leg. Once pulled over, they searched the Porsche and found over a half-pound of marijuana and few thousand dollars in cash in the car. He was arrested and charged with reckless conduct and possession of marijuana. (Fansided)

Details of the shooting bubbled online hours prior.

The report says that officers met with a restaurant employee upon responding to the scene, on Ivan Allen Boulevard. The employee said that a group of men who had been at the restaurant began quarreling and were asked to leave. The squabbling continued outside, and a shot rang out. The report does not indicate who is suspected of doing the shooting, which injured a man in the leg. A Smith and Wesson revolver was later recovered at the scene, and may be stolen, the police report said. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)

Earlier this month, cops had to restrain a woman after she exploded at Tip’s restaurant.

A woman showed up at around 2:30 pm and at first seemed like a normal customer at his Scales 925 ATL restaurant. She quickly flew off the handle and began pushing over plates. It’s unclear what upset the woman, but law enforcement tells us she seemed so irrational they took her to a hospital for mental evaluation. (TMZ)

Recent reports provided insight on Tip’s departure from Columbia Records.

UPDATE (9/21/15): Here’s some new info on T.I.’s leave from Columbia Records and going indie. According to a source familiar with the situation, T.I. fulfilled his one-album deal with Columbia and both parties were satisfied with Paperwork. There was an option to renew his contract with the label, but they mutually decided not to and there’s no bad blood between them. (Complex)
