R&B singer Chris Brown will reportedly spend at least a month behind bars after being taken into police custody heading into the weekend for a probation violation.
According to reports, Breezy’s attorney hopes to have him released soon.
Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court Monday, trying to convince the judge to cut Brown a break and let him either go to another rehab facility or go on house arrest pending the D.C. trial. That will be an uphill battle, given that this is the second rehab facility that booted Brown. The D.C. trial is set for April 17. Geragos has a pretty strong defense — there are problems with the prosecution’s case. (TMZ)

Singer Chris Brown has been booted from court-ordered drug rehab and taken into custody by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies, a sheriff’s spokesman confirmed Friday. Details were not immediately available about why Brown, 24, was kicked out of the Malibu facility where he has been treated for the past four months. (CNN)
Some reports claimed Brown had an under the radar relationship with one of the rehab’s female employees.
Chris was reportedly thrown out of the facility on March 12 for violating “internal rules.” Chris’ violation did not include drugs or violence, but Chris was caught having “an inappropriate relationship” with a female employee earlier in March. (Hollywood Life)
The singer was expected to spend months in rehab to help with his anger problems.
The judge who sentenced Brown after he was arrested and charged with beating up then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 initially ordered the singer to live in the Malibu, Calif., rehab facility for 90 days in an effort to sort out his temper problems, but the lawmaker extended the star’s stint earlier this month, and instructed Brown to stay put until his ongoing assault case, relating to a fight outside a hotel in Washington, D.C. in November, was over.
