[With “The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale” recently living up to diehard MMA fans’ expectations, undefeated UFC fighter Aljamain “Funk Master” Sterling talks to SOHH about his love for the annual reality series.]
I think it’s cool and it’s interesting to watch. This season was a little bit better. It was fun to watch.
I like watching “The Ultimate Fighter” when they have actual talent. I’m not saying there’s people without talent but I’m talking about a competitive record, a competitive game, a competitive lifestyle where you actually fight and win that tournament and it means something.
I feel like some of the seasons have been watered down when it comes to the talent level and it was just more stuff for entertainment and ratings than what it was for the actual skill set.
It’s been a lot of fun this season.
