Young Money’s Tyga has reportedly taken direct aim at the Los Angeles Police Department after being allegedly singled out by cops in California this week.
According to reports, Tyga had a run-in with cops on Thursday (April 21) and took some shots at them on social media.
Our law enforcement sources paint a different picture … we’re told Tyga’s got some known gang members in his team, so when officers heard the rapper had a show in Hollywood they went to check things out. One of Tyga’s security guards said he kept a gun in the SUV but had the proper permits. However, the gun was licensed to another state … lucky for the security guard, the weapon was not loaded and away from any ammo so he was in the clear. (TMZ)
This week, Tyga and affiliate DJ $B celebrated late bodyguard Arlester “Punch” Henderson‘s life.
“I got some bad news in late March and we had just got to Dubai,” a saddened DJ $B told AllHipHop. “Unfortunately he was unable to travel because he was on probation, but every time we moved out and around LA he was always there.” After the funeral DJ $B and other members of the Last King’s crew gathered together for a 4/20 BBQ to honor their friend and in some cases family member. A few weeks ago, Tyga remembered Punch on his Instagram page.

According to reports, the bodyguard lost his life this week following a Los Angeles highway wreck.
Cops say Punch got out of his SUV to check on people in the other car. That’s when he was struck and killed by a passing car. Tyga’s rep tells TMZ the rapper is “devastated, shocked and heartbroken.” Henderson was 29. (TMZ)
