Young Money’s Tyga has stepped forward to address widespread rumors and speculation claiming he is responsible for legendary musician Paul McCartney being denied entry to his post-Grammys party this week.
Tyga hopped onto his Twitter page Wednesday (February 17) to put a swift end to the gossip.
I don't control the door. I had no knowledge SIR PAUL was there. I just performed and left.

The Young Money rap star also appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to address the situation.
“I had no knowledge. I was inside performing. I really wish I would’ve knew he was outside. I would’ve went out there with the mic, brought him in to perform ‘Rack City’ with me.” (“Jimmy Kimmel Live!”)
Buzz behind McCartney’s denied entry went viral earlier in the week.
It may be the moment when rap officially usurped rock as the most powerful force in music. Paul McCartney, co-founder of the Beatles and the man behind the Skype Love Moji sound effects, was reportedly denied entry to a Grammy after party hosted by the rapper Tyga. Footage of the snub was caught by paparazzi – McCartney is captured on video joking: “How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit.” (The Guardian)
