Tory Lanez just dropped some big money to help disadvantaged families in California post bail for their loved ones through Unite the People Inc.
Tory Lanez Pops Up In Long Beach
The Toronto rapper visited the non-profit in Long Beach to meet some of the families who will benefit from the donation. Unite The People offers legal services to people who aren’t financially able in order to give them a fair chance in the legal system.
Lanez has been a board member for Unite The People for two years and was moved to make the donation once he learned of the various hardships that many of these families go through. The money Lanez has posted will help 50 families pay legal fees to release their family members from jail.
Helping Single Mothers In Baltimore
Last week Daystar was seen in Baltimore and spent $50,000 on clothing and items for single mothers and children. “It truly warms my heart to help people and see the joy I can give somebody with such a simple gesture,” said Torey via his Instagram account.
