Controversial news personality Tomi Lahren has come forward and fired off shots at R&B singer Beyoncé Knowles-Carter‘s supporters following criticism she threw at the Grammy winner this week.
On her “The Blaze” viral show, Lahren stood behind her initial comments and attacked Knowles-Carter’s online support group The Bey-Hive.
“To the Black Lives Matter folks and the militant Bey-Hive and to those that have nothing better to do than post nasty comments on my Instagram, let’s get something straight. You don’t scare me, you don’t intimidate me, you will not silence me, you’re bullies. My assessment of the Beyoncé Super Bowl performance was not racist in any way. My message was clear. America should be coming together everyday but especially on America’s game day.” (“The Blaze”)

Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill stood up for Bey and her hip-hop husband Jay Z following Tomi’s comments yesterday (February 10).
In a broadcast for her “The Blaze” show, Lahren did not fall back on ripping both music icons.
“First it was hands up, don’t shoot. Then it was burning down buildings and looting drug stores all the way to Oscars So White and now even the Super Bowl halftime show has become politicized and given the notion black lives matter more. This isn’t about equality, this is about ram-rotting an aggressive agenda down our throats and using fame and entertainment value to do so. Beyoncé, really? What is the political message? What is it they’re trying to convey here? A salute to what? A group that used violence and intimidation to advance not racial equality but an overhaul of white domination? … Guess what Beyoncé?
