Music veteran Timbaland is back with the smoke. The hip-hop producer has teased fans about his preparation for a long-awaited beat battle against longtime pal Swizz Beatz.
Timbo went to Instagram Tuesday (August 29) to treat followers with a sneak peek at what he’s cooking up for Swizzy.
Earlier this summer, Top Dawg Entertainment’s Kendrick Lamar weighed-in on Swizzy facing off against Timbaland.
Recently, hip-hop veteran Nas reacted to the upcoming Swizzy/Timbo battle.
“That’s two top tier n*ggas going at it. That sh*t is like, that’s what the game needs. The game need that. The game need that. I would tell you like this y’all two n*ggas is like two of the illest n*ggas. So it’s like, y’all both my brothers so I just want to watch it go down. You can’t [underestimate], he’s with the smoke, I’m with the smoke.”
Days prior, both Swizzy and Timbo went at each other’s necks with some teaser clips.
