Tierra Whack Blown Away By Massive Co-Sign: “This Just Made My Day!”

Rap newcomer Tierra Whack is gassed up right now. The hip-hop rookie has shared a major co-sign by music industry executive Jody Gerson.

This week, Whack jumped on Instagram with a shot of the Universal Music Publishing Group CEO and Chairman donning her gear.

Over the last decade, Gerson has worked with everyone from Odd Future and Pharrell Williams to Oscar winner Lady Gaga.

Gerson has signed many successful songwriters throughout her career in music publishing, including Lady Gaga, Norah Jones, Odd Future, Jermaine Dupri, and a then 15-year-old Alicia Keys. Gerson has also played an instrumental role in the careers of Enrique Iglesias, Pharrell Williams, Mac Miller, Pitbull, RedOne, Dallas Austin, and Jeff Bhasker, among others. (Wikipedia)
