Despite failing to arrest the cops who killed Breonna Taylor, the city of Louisville will be settling with her family. The family’s attorney, Sam Aguilar says they have reached a “substantial” settlement with the city of Louisville which will be announced today. Breonna Taylor was killed by police six months ago.
