Actress and singer Keke Palmer is using social media for a good cause, posting some startling no-makeup photos on Instagram while revealing that she has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). The host of the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards writes that the condition has been “attacking me from the inside out my entire life and I had no idea.” PCOS caused the acne Palmer has battled for years, but that’s the least harmful thing about it.
