Top Dawg Entertainment head Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith has provided an update on protégé Jay Rock‘s highly-anticipated 90059 album revealing it would suffer a setback unless fans met his pre-order goal.
Top Dawg alerted fans of Jay’s album release date being determined by them on Instagram this week.
Following the announcement, he told fans the pre-order goal had nearly been met.
Jay Rock released the artwork and a link to pre-order his album on Twitter Tuesday (August 18).

The West Coast native broke news about his new album on social media earlier this month.
Although he did not lock in a date, TDE’s ScHoolboy Q revealed the follow-up to last year’s Oxymoron would arrive after TDE’s Jay Rock released his studio album in a now-deleted Twitter Q&A session in June.
