G Herbo is a young veteran in the rap game. Just 25 years old, the Chicago native has already released four albums and a handful of mixtapes. Like any talented youngster, some wisdom from an older pro can take his career to a new level.
That happened in 2020, when G Herbo’s PTSD became his most successful album to date. It peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart, his first time cracking the top 10. The album’s title song, featuring Chance The Rapper, Lil Uzi Vert and the late Juice WRLD, is certified platinum.
G Herbo’s recent success coincides with his association with New York hip-hop veteran Fabolous. The 42-year-old is a multi-platinum-selling legendary lyricist with two decades in the rap game, and he’s recently taken G Herbo under his wing.
Fab’s connection with Herbo goes deeper than music. It’s more like family. That’s because G Herbo for the last couple of years has been dating Taina Williams, who is Fabolous’ stepdaughter.
For Herbo’s birthday in October, Fabolous gifted him a chain that said “The Family.” Around the same time, rumors picked up that Taina and G Herbo are expecting a child together.

Taina has 2 million Instagram followers and almost 130,000 Twitter followers. She endorses a variety of cosmetic lines and clothing designers. She’s also modeled for Rihanna‘s Savage X Fenty brand.
3. When Did Taina Williams Start Dating G Herbo?
On New Year’s Eve 2018, G Herbo and Taina went public with their relationship. Only a couple of months prior, G Herbo had broken up with Ari Fletcher, a popular model and social media influencer who is the mother of his son Yosohn. Ari Fletcher (who is currently dating Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo) publicly accused G Herbo of cheating on her with Taina.

In April of 2019, G Herbo was arrested for simple battery against Ari Fletcher. In a leaked video of his arrest, he admitted that he was still sleeping with Ari, but “I really love Taina. I don’t want to f****** be with Ari.” He said Taina is the one “who I really care about.” Despite the arrest and the cheating admission, Taina and Herbo never appeared to break up.
5. Taina Bought G Herbo A $100K Jeep For His Birthday
When G Herbo turned 25 this year, Taina bought him a Jeep Trackhawk that’s valued at around $100,000. For some fans on the Internet, however, that wasn’t good enough. Taina was teased for her gift, but G Herbo came to her defense.
6. Taina Williams Pregnancy And Engagement Rumors
G Herbo’s note that Taina “got me a gift that came with a gift,” along with the photo of his arms wrapped around her stomach, led to rumors that perhaps the couple is expecting a baby. Neither have confirmed or denied that. A few weeks prior, G Herbo joked about going to a pawn shop to buy a ring and said “I’m getting married,” which started rumors that he and Taina Williams were getting engaged.
