Grammy-winning rapper T.I. has officially married longtime girlfriend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle in Florida today, according to court documents.
According to reports, the wedding took place in Florida hotspot, Miami Beach.
TMZ has learned rapper T.I. got married earlier today — in a secret ceremony at a Miami Beach courthouse. The 29-year-old superstar — real name Clifford Harris Jr. — swapped I Do’s with his longtime 35-year-old girlfriend Tameka “Tiny” Cottle. The two have reportedly been dating since 2001. (TMZ)
The couple will reportedly carry on wedding activities into the weekend.
According to Us Weekly, the newlyweds will swap vows again Saturday, this time in front of family and friends, on a private island off the coast of Miami. Cottle will dress for the occasion in Valentino. Then, per the mag, it’s off to Atlanta for a big hometown reception Saturday afternoon, and then T.I. and Tiny will jet off to Las Vegas to celebrate glam-hip-hop-style into the wee hours. (E! Tip recently said he would refuse to address speculation on his wedding date.
Tip can’t seem to avoid rumors that he’s planning to wed longtime girlfriend Tameka “Tiny” Cottle in Miami this weekend. “Don’t believe everything you read online [and] see on TV,” he told Atlanta’s FOX 5 News. “I have never commented on such subjects and I never will.” (Rap-Up)
Together for nearly a decade, both artists share children together.
T.I., 29, is a rapper and songwriter while Tiny, 35, is a former Xscape member. The couple have two sons together, Clifford ‘King’ Joseph III and Major Philant. T.I. has two other sons, Domani Uriah and Messiah Ya’Majesty, from an ex-girlfriend and a daughter, Deyjah Imani, from yet another relationship.
