Jailed music executive Marion "Suge" Knight's hit-and-run victim reportedly told law enforcement he attacked him during the brutal incident.
According to reports, victim Cle “Bone” Sloan told cops “I f*cked him up” from a hospital bed.
In the docs, Sloan adds he punched Suge several times through the driver side window … and when Suge tried to exit his truck … he punched him some more. That part of Sloan’s story matches exactly with the surveillance video TMZ first posted of the incident. But Sloan also told investigators he was attempting to walk away from the truck when he was hit — but in the video he still appears to be fighting when Suge throws the truck in reverse and smashes Sloan. According to reports, Suge’s legal muscle has blamed glaucoma for contributing to his now-infamous hit and run accident.
Suge’s lawyer tells TMZ, his client is legally blind in his left eye … the result of glaucoma which is a side effect of diabetes.
Attorney Matthew Fletcher says when Suge pulled back and struck Cle “Bone” Sloan the first time … he didn’t have a clear view of his left side, which may have prevented him from turning left, which would have allowed him to escape down the street. (TMZ)
Recently, Knight’s new attorney spoke out on his hit and run footage reaching the public.
Knight’s new attorney claimed during the discovery hearing that the newly surfaced video will help the 49-year-old’s case. “A hundred percent it proved Suge Knight was attacked,” attorney Matt Fletcher said. (CBS Local)
Gruesome video of Suge’s fatal accident emerged online early Monday (March 9) morning.
Terry Carter‘s family asked that TMZ post the video to show what happened. The family’s lawyer, Gary Dordick, tells TMZ, “The Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third party descriptions of the video.” We blurred the portion where Terry is run over … it’s just too gruesome. Suge was there because his friend (the one that died) called him. From day one I knew Suge could beat the case. The only question is him proving why he was there in the first place. Now they have text evidence that his friend called him to the scene. With Bone bragging he didn’t let him out the car by punching him. Bone also said he attacked Suge before this incident. loose lips sink ships as well as this case.

um the reason the guy got away with murder of travon is because they claimed self defense, and that sounds like what this was.
