Hollywood actress Stacey Dash has taken a public shot at rap star Kanye West following dicey comments he made last weekend during the annual Wireless Festival in England. #dashedup
Despite appearing in Ye’s “All Falls Down” music video in 2004, Dash did not hold back on scolding him about his reference to rape.
The rapper was recently booed in London after comparing unwanted paparazzi attention to rape, an analogy Dash took extreme issue with yesterday during an appearance on Fox News. “For Kanye to say rape, maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island,” said Dash, referring to the infamous New York prison. “You know, go to Rikers for a little while. Footage of Mr. West letting loose on topics ranging from sex to his rift with paparazzi emerged online this week.
“Everybody needs a day off. Everybody out here likes sex, right? Sex is great when you and your partner be like ‘Hey this something we both wanna do.’ But if one of the people don’t wanna do that, what is that called? That’s called rape. That’s called violation. … Anytime I tell the truth when I get up here, everybody thinks it’s so crazy, right? And the media paint me as if I’m some sort of villain or like I’ve got a bad bone in my body. I’m really more of a porcupine or a blowfish. And the photos they always take is when that blowfish is blown up or when that porcupine is defending itself from the lies and control and the manipulation that you deal with if you are an artist. Yeezy also admitted the passing of his grandfather last year played a big role on how he reacted to paps.
“So if I walk around and say ‘Look, sir, I’m not feeling so good today. I found out my grandfather’s about to pass, I’m going through some sh*t. Can you please not f*ck with me today?’ There’s no cutoff switch. And that’s why I look so crazy because I feel like I’m gonna take this sh*t into my own hands. Despite widespread negative reports, some outlets claim Kanye impressed more than depressed his loyal following at the annual event.

People in Kanye’s camp who were present at the show tell Us that the “Bound 2” entertainer gave his all during the show, and received a round of applause after speaking about his adorable 12-month-old daughter North West, whom he shares with wife Kim Kardashian.
