Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy has a mega lawsuit to worry about. A new report claims Young Draco is getting legal heat fired his way from a Las Vegas chauffeur who claims the hip-hop artist filmed him without permission.
According to gossip publication The Blast, plaintiff Kamilah Daily claims Soulja hired him last year to chauffeur his crew around Sin City. However, at some point SB filmed him and used the footage without permission in his “Bling” music video.
Daily sued seeking unspecified damages for the disruption it caused to Daily’s employment, along with the substantial distress and mental anguish caused by the video. Daily also sought an injunction against Soulja from continuing to distribute the footage. Daily tells The Blast, “I am a private person, so I have kept quiet about this whole legal matter with Soulja Boy. This video has circulated throughout social media outlets and was requested to be taken down. The video originally was taken down off one of his YouTube accounts but keeps being reposted over and over again. I have driven A-list celebrities and their families and I never had to go through anything like this with them or had problems.” (The Blast)

Back in March, Soulja had a publicized Draco court case settled.
The 26-year-old rapper, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, was immediately sentenced to 240 days of community labor and five years felony probation, according to Greg Risling of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. (Los Angeles Daily News)
Soulja’s now-infamous bust went down last January at his California home.
The charge involved a Mini Draco AR-IS assault weapon. Way was charged Jan. 23 by Los Angeles County prosecutors with three counts, including the assault weapon charge. (My News LA)
