Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy‘s protégé Killa J is reportedly the person who fell victim to a botched robbery attempt at his birthday party this week.
New details in the near-death shooting have now surfaced online and suggest the crime may have been an inside job.
Killa J stepped out first to see what the deal was, and that’s when four men rolled up and demanded Killa J give up Soulja Boy’s Gucci bag, which is usually where he carries large amounts of cash. We’re told they asked for Soulja by name too. According to our sources, Killa J refused to cooperate … and that’s when bullets started flying and the Memphis rapper caught one in the arm. (TMZ)
Earlier this week, details popped up about the Soulja Boy party gunfire.
Soulja was hanging with friends, including Sean Kingston, celebrating his bday. Law enforcement sources tell us … one of the guys stepped outside, and a male suspect wearing a mask pulled up in a car and attempted to rob the victim. We’re told a struggle ensued and the suspect shot the victim in the arm, and then fled by car. By the time police responded, Soulja Boy had bolted. The victim was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. (TMZ)
