Inspired by the “constant and wild nightlife” that his native Kingston, Jamaica offers, LA based emcee Zac Jone$ details his own experiences with his $tony Crew from last summer on an audio journey entitled Ridin’ Thru, his latest single featuring friend and collaborator Benjam|n. Produced by GamerBoomin, the song has a very familiar dark trap sound at face value, but listen closely as Zac details how things can be in his homeland as well as his “Yaard Rap” stylings “in which rap is smoothly mixed with Jamaican dialect “patois” to create a new and authentic sound.” Be sure to give this one a listen, and stay tuned for the music video which will bring the sounds to life coming very soon!
