Born in Bedstuy, “the do or die” music artist Sky-O aka Skizzy, is creating his own lane with his 420 Hippie Music movement. Growing up in a musical family (his father was a gospel singer), Sky-o was introduced to Dr. Dre during the 90’s era. He became intrigued by the likes of Emenim and his entertaining yet relatable lyrics.
A true hippie and conscious stoner, Sky-o’s music is the perfect blend of hippie life and new school hip hop. It is rough edgy, eclectic; “high music with a message to it”. Life serves as his inspiration to make great music.
In the future Skizzy hopes to collaborate with some of the greats like Wiz Khalifia, Kanye West, Travis Scott and ASAP Rocky Download his new mixtape “High Or Die” on Soundcloud, Dat Piff and Audiomack. Skizzy also has his own line of snapbacks and has created his own concert series “High or Die Hip Hop” in Les, NYC.
