West Coast rapper Snoop Dogg is helping Fox with its promotion by releasing a scene he's featured in from the upcoming season finale of its hit "Empire" show.
Snoop Dizzle treated his Facebook friends to the clip Monday (March 16).

According to producer Lee Daniels, “Empire” will feature high-profile celebrities Common and Oprah Winfrey when season two premieres.
“Yes,” Daniels said, when asked if he writing a part in Season 2 for Oprah. “Yeah, she’s going to be on it.” He didn’t give any details on her role, but we’ll blame the reporter because she didn’t ask. Daniels also said the he was writing a role for rapper/actor Common after Common recently expressed interest in joining Empire. (TV Guide)
Recently, actress Mo’Nique revealed “Empire” producer Lee Daniels envisioned her playing fellow actress Taraji P. Henson‘s “Cookie” character.
“When he called me up, he offered me the role in Empire as Cookie,” she said. Mo’Nique said Daniels even sent her a script. Mo’Nique explained, “Maybe four days had gone by, and I hadn’t heard anything. So I’m trying to reach out to him to say, what time do I need to be in? Where do I need to be? When he finally returned the call, he says listen, the executives at Fox said that you’re difficult.” (Inside Edition)
