Houston rap veteran Slim Thug has come forward to clear up a misconception of trying to rip rapper Troy Ave for shooting up T.I.‘s New York City concert this week.
Thugger denied having any ill will toward Ave and explained the meaning behind his public scolding on Twitter Friday (May 27).
In the video footage, Slim questioned the logic in Ave shooting up a nightclub considering his celebrity status and the fact cameras are everywhere in 2016.

Back in May 2012, Troy put up a Twitter post about having a nightmare similar to his real-life gun arrest this week in New York City.
According to reports, new footage obtained by New York law enforcement allegedly shows Troy firing a gun backstage at Tips’s Irving Plaza New York concert this week.
3:45 PM PT — Cops have added an attempted murder charge and another count of criminal possession. We’re told ballistic testing is ongoing, and depending on results, he could also get a murder charge. NYPD released video they say shows rapper Troy Ave — who’s now been arrested — opening fire Wednesday night during the NYC concert T.I. was headlining. (TMZ)
He wasn’t lying though. Where is the logic in shooting a club in NY of all places? Don’t apologize. Ave’s about to get that Shyne bid if he can’t get out of this.
I don’t get it either. First of all, it’s New York!!!! They have some of the strictest gun laws. Dude is about to do some serious time!!!!
I didn’t know Slims was a cowboy
