New York rapper Lil Mama has social media buzzing about a feud brewing with hip-hop star Nicki Minaj following the release of her new “4PM” freestyle.
Last night (June 18), speculation mounted on Mama possibly taking a subtle jab on a remix to rap star Drake’s “4PM in Calabasas.”
The Brooklyn rapper sent, at least according to Twitter, a subliminal shot at Nicki Minaj, rapping, “And you ain’t got no sons / I be hearing you talkin’ crazy, but you really is buns / So when you talk, talk politely / And when you tread, tread lightly cause the ice getting thinner / like 666, it’s gonna be a cold winter.” (Complex)

Back in March, Mama made headlines after landing in police handcuffs for a driving violation.
The 27-year-old rapper — best know for her 2008 hit “Lip Gloss,” and for playing Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, was cruising around Harlem around 4 AM Thursday — when cops lit her up for doing 38 in a 25, according to our NYPD sources. When offices ran her info … they discovered the ex “America’s Best Dance Crew” judge’s license had been revoked. Cops took her into custody, but beats the hell out of a DWI. (TMZ)
Earlier this year, the New York rapper released her own version of Drake and Rihanna’s “Work” music video.
Rihanna’s latest single, “Work” featuring Drake is riding high on the charts and Brooklyn rapstress Lil Mama decided to put her personal touch on the record. On Saturday (March 5), she released a video for her remix and it’s safe to say that the majority of Twitter didn’t like it. (Music Times)
