Back in February, Shorty and Kidd Kidd took the internets by storm with their release “I Luv Em,” the debut single off their forthcoming joint project ‘You’re Welcome.’ Today, the pair follows up with the LP’s latest leak with some help from NOLA rap legend Juvenile.
Shorty is a skillful composer and musician who is adept at playing numerous instruments, including the French horn, organ, keyboards, and piano. He effortlessly combines those skills with songwriting, rapping, and performing, making him a quadruple threat. It’s a combination that has served Shorty well, given his successful release of several singles including “Tipsy” and “Weekend”. His current release “I Luv Em”, is already a favorite of fans and DJs alike. The single features G- Unit’s Kidd Kidd and also showcases Shorty’s multi-talented persona. In “I Luv Em”, Shorty not only raps, but he also sings the hook. He also uses his celebrity charm and wit to positively inspire the younger generation to do the same.
