Sheek Louch On The LOX Never Beefing: “It Was Never That Sh*t W/ Us”

The LOX’s Sheek Louch recently talked about his group’s staying power and never feuding with one another.

Louch applauded L-O-X’s longevity and having loyalty for over two decades.

“Definitely 100%. All the O.G.s, they salute us. They’re like ‘Yo man, y’all are still together. We’ve never heard any bullshit about y’all three. Never beefing with each other.’ You get what I’m saying? Some other groups come in, argue, break up and everything. It was never that sh*t with us.” (VIBE)

Sheek also said their relationship is deeper than music.

“Our loyalty is beyond some other sh*T. I’m going to tell you the reason why it’s like that. It’s strictly because I respect them, and they respect me. Our families loves each other. And not to sound corny but, these other motherf*ckers was put together by management or later in life. My mom is cool with their mom and our kids are cool, so it’s real family.” (VIBE)

In a genre filled with perpetual one-upmanship, getting in the upper echelon ain’t easy. Jadakiss’s secret to his 22-year career is surprisingly simple: “You just gotta keep it organic,” he says. “As long as you keep it organic, they’ll accept. With his new Top 5 Dead or Alive album currently available, Kiss plans on releasing another project in the coming months.

“The fans, the kids, they want more content, so the long [recording] gaps that I usually take won’t work right now. Imma try and give them two albums in one year.” He’s not leaving you nostalgic heads out, either. Jada teases that he’s “going to do some joints together” with former Ruff Ryders labelmate DMX (who was recently released from prison). “It’s only right. That’s family.         • Sorry but hood NEVER made the LOX hot. He had a lil and I mean lil buzz from free styling on the radio with them and some mix tapes but that’s it. He couldn’t even make himself hot. And no he was never family. People think of Jada, Styles and Sheek when they think LOX or D Block. Even team Arliss comes to mind.

          • I Understand what ur sayng but is a fact that il homie was nice on the mic and gave lox a lil buzz when they almost got flopped by diddy.
            and check ther old stuff and videos and u wl see that they were tight as a fam back then.
