Less than 24 hours after reports came out about producer Scott Storch filing for bankruptcy, the Grammy winner has addressed his debt.

According to Storch, he plans on bouncing back with help from star-studded hitmakers.

Hit maker Scott Storch won’t be flat ass broke for long … not if Rick Ross, Chris Brown, and Tyga have anything to say about it — according to Scott, they’re his meal ticket out of bankruptcy. Storch tells TMZ … he’s already recorded hot tracks that’ll have him back in the black as soon as late summer when Brown’s album comes out. Storch says it features a collab he produced for Chris and Tyga. (TMZ)

Last year, West Coast rapper Game revealed plans to work with Storch.

The Blood Money project – it’s coming this year. I got a bunch of new artists on there,” Game revealed in an interview. “I got Wale on there, Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga, it’s a bunch. It’s good music. You know me, man. It’s going to have the right beats and the right sound. … The Documentary 2, I’m going back to the Just Blaze’s, the Scott Storch’s, the Dr. Dre’s.” (“LA Leakers”)

Storch previously said he was determined for an intimate Jay Z studio session.

“Yeah, I definitely want a hit record with Jay Z. He has his crew he works with, and I’ve floated around them a few times, [Memphis] Bleek with the “Murda Murda” joint, I co-produced “Hola Hovito” with Timbaland, and a couple other records. But one-on-one, me and that dude are going to get a hit record. Just for the child in me that has to have it. Not just any song on an album, but a true hit that has its place in music history.” (Complex)

In 2014, Storch spoke out on working with rap veteran Fat Joe.

Footage of the two reigniting the flame that brought them the “Lean Back” monster smash back in 2004 reveals Storch sharing how he met Joe, and the significance of their reunion. “I let a lot of people down a lot of times. He and I, we’d come together a few times a couple years back,” he shared. “And he was kind of disappointed I guess, because I didn’t have that fire. I wasn’t cookin’ it up. And now to come and f-ckin’ reunite together, after he’s back home and he’s inspired and doing his thing again, it’s such good timing.” (VIBE)

    • I wonder how many million he still has. You know in FLA you still get to keep property etc, so I wonder if hes sold anything. A lot of times these stories call em broke but they still got 2 million dollars, they just have hella debt somewhere and use chapter 7 to escape.
