Top Dawg Entertainment’s ScHoolboy Q is not here for the 6 God beef rumors. The hip-hop artist has come forward to address sudden Drake feud gossip.
Q hopped on Twitter Thursday (March 23) to deny having any issues with Drizzy and to shut down a bogus Facebook post.
Last month, ScHoolboy hit the recording studio with labelmate Kendrick Lamar.
Recently, ScHoolboy revealed how much progress he had made on his upcoming Blank Face follow-up album.
“I just left the studio like 3 hours ago. I’m halfway done with it. I never been this inspired that fast,” Q revealed. “It’s moreso my life after I made it to the point of ScHoolboy Q. I gave you me, but I never gave you the other side of me—the father, the dude that’s actually happy, the dude that doesn’t be in the hood just hanging out. The dude that’s trying to put his homies in position now.” (Beats 1)
In January, ScHoolboy reminded fans he’s album is for sure coming out this year.
A few days ago, on his snapchat account, ScHoolboy Q posted up a photo of himself in a studio with an engineer. However, a random trip to his studio wasn’t the case, as Hoover Q confirmed that he was planning to drop a new album later this year. The untitled project is set to serve as a follow-up to last year’s Blank Face LP project, which we’re assuming more news will arrive in the coming months. (On Smash)
