New York rapper Safaree Samuels needs much more than a hug. The hip-hop artist has come forward to address the murder of his uncle.
In a new interview, Safaree let his emotions pour out and revealed his slain relative actually looked after him and his ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj.
“I’ve never had somebody taken from me. This is definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my life and he is my mother’s brother, so, you know – we were close. He used to come by, see my cars, we used to ride motorcycles. He used to always cook. We were close. When me and Nicki [Minaj] were together, he used to be at the house, used to be cooking and cleaning for us. He was my only uncle that I had out here. I haven’t heard anything from Nicki since it happened. I just, I don’t know.” (TMZ)

A few days ago, Samuels shocked fans after announcing his uncle’s murder.
Safaree also went to Instagram to speak out on the horrific murder.
