If you look at fire, fire itself is a spirit. Anytime you light a fire, it’s going to burn every time. So the spirit of evil or the spirit of evil, when it enters your body, it’s fire entering you. It’s always going to cause trouble.

Right now, the same amount of time it takes for people to hate, you see all these people marching, they’re not throwing bricks and they’re not doing it the way they did it in Ferguson. They didn’t have to do it that way.

It’s still fire though. It’s still fire but now it’s like they’re cooking with it instead of burning with I t. The fire that forced that police officer to do [the Eric Garner chokehold], most likely his ego got out of hand, he’s looking at the guy like, “F*ck that.” It’s like, this isn’t your kid, this is a man.

You should have slayed him with your sh*t. You should have just slayed him with it then. Even that’s tough on a n*gga at least he’s there and can think about it. He knows he’s supposed to obey that.

There’s a communication that’s supposed to be there between law enforcement. Law enforcement should be there for a reason and if the reason is valid, then there should be some compliance.

These spirits and energies are what’s misguided in us. What’s good is it’s being revealed and it’s being revealed that it’s not just a black thing but it’s an American thing.

  1. Wu-Tang Forever. Rza a dominant force in 90s Hip Hop and co-founder of one of the most successful groups in Hip Hop history and in my opinion THEE best group in Hip Hop history, but what the fuck are you talking about my dude? lol

    • Fire is like human emotions. Emotions can cause people to take negative or positive actions. But like fire, it’s important how people choose to use it.

      • “You should have slayed him with your sh*t. You should have just slayed him with it then. Even that’s tough on a n*gga at least he’s there and can think about it. He knows he’s supposed to obey that.” What?

“These spirits and energies are what’s misguided in us. What’s good is it’s being revealed and it’s being revealed that it’s not just a black thing but it’s an American thing.” What? lol

        • Im with you on this one cuz. I respect Rza but hes trying to sound smart to the point hes not making no damn sense! He was just rambling fire, slay him, what the hell are u talking bout!

    • Eccentric brothas like RZA are always rambling about something that is either genius or crazy….or maybe both.

  2. Anger is a fire kindled, he who restrains anger extinguishes the fire; he who gives vent to it is the first to be consumed by it.

    • Anger is like a campfire. It burns in the woods and we are the birds smelling the scent lol

  3. Was wit the God until he said its an American thing, naa bruh Americans aren’t being shot dead in the streets on live TV Americans aren’t being choked out, Americans aren’t being shot 22 times unarmed, Americans aren’t being lynched from swing sets then told its suicide. Black people are GTFOH with that its not just a black problem. All we have is each other. but like he said the truth comin out

  4. Jesus…..he should of took a pass on this question. I sound cool in the mysic, but these Wu-tang cats sound stupid as hell when they try and be spiritual with that “spirits of the earth” talk outside of music

  5. whut thee fcuk is Rza realy saying?? sounds like a whole bunch of nuthin’ to me, Rza leave the “wise old abbot/guru shtick and get back to that real Wu music, sheeeeit!!!
