Antonio Brown and Kanye West are motivated to buy the Denver Broncos. But now that the team just acquired superstar QB, Russell Wilson, yesterday’s price is not today’s price.
The Broncos have been up for purchase by the Bowlen family since February 2022, due to the passing of the owner, Pat Bowlen, in 2019. The team at the time was valued at around $3.75B.
Former Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown spoke to TMZ Sports on the matter and said that he and Ye’ are “extremely serious” about buying the franchise and are “working on getting it done.” Brown went on to say that he wants NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to call him.
Russell Wilson Is Now A Denver Bronco
However, the $3.75B price tag set last month for the Denver Broncos is about to go up as the team just recently acquired superstar Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson in exchange for Bronco quarterback Drew Lock, Shelby Harris, Noah Fant, and 5 draft picks, as reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Social media fans had fun at Russell Wilson’s expense, who is once again overshadowed by his pop star wife, Ciara. The official Twitter account for the Denver Nuggets, a NBA team, reacted to the trade saying they’re excited about the transaction because it means they’ll be neighbors with the singer. One fan tweeted “Lmao people are more excited to see Ciara than Russell.”
Recently, Russell Wilson surprised his wife Ciara who was guest hosting on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. As he proceeded to give Ciara a bouquet of beautiful flowers, Russell then looked at the crowd and asked, “Do you guys want me to make her more nervous?” Dropping to one knee, the Seahawks quarterback said, “I have a question for you. Serious question. Can we have more babies? Just one more?”
Meanwhile, Antonio Brown is not letting the dust settle on his brand name. After his attention-grabbing exit from the field during his final football game, the decorated athlete is now turning to a career as a hip hop artist and Kanye West is fully on board. Antonio is also leading Kanye’s DONDA-Sports division.
