Grammy-winning singer Rihanna had other things on her mind than watching Super Bowl LIII. The crooner went to social media to let fans know she’s still not rocking with the National Football League.
RiRi went to her Instagram Story to remind followers her support remains with NFL free agent and Black Lives Matter activist Colin Kaepernick.
Back in October, comedian Amy Schumer applauded Rihanna for allegedly rejecting a Super Bowl halftime performance offer.

The same week, reports emerged about RiRi backing out of performing at Super Bowl LIII in support of Kaepernick.
“The NFL and CBS really wanted Rihanna to be next year’s performer in Atlanta,” the insider reveals. “They offered it to her, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy. She doesn’t agree with the NFL’s stance.” Kaepernick, who once admitted to having a crush on Rihanna, was the first NFL player to kneel during the national anthem in protest of police brutality and racial inequality.
