Rihanna Makes It Rain “Shmoney” W/ Bobby Shmurda

Grammy-winning singer Rihanna and rap newcomer Bobby Shmurda have finally met following a viral clip of the Barbados hottie doing his signature "Shmoney Dance" emerging last week.

Shmurda posted up a new photo alongside RiRi onto Instagram Monday (September 8).

RiRi’s close female pal Melissa Forde posted up her version of the rap newcomer’s dance onto Instagram last month.

Fresh off “The Monster Tour” with Eminem, a bikini-clad RiRi filmed herself and her BFFs Melissa Forde and LeLe Boo smoking and dancing to the Brooklyn rapper’s hit while on a yacht. “Shmoneyyyy #YachtEdition @leleboo_phucku #Robynnn @bobby_shmurda,” wrote Melissa Forde. (Rap-Up)

Despite distinct similarities to the “Diddy Bop,” music mogul Puff Daddy recently applauded Shmurda’s dance.

Diddy tells TMZ his Diddy Bop came along well before Shmurda’s moves, but he’s not angry about it … not in the slightest. Diddy tells TMZ, “I’ve been Diddy Boppin’ since I was a kid in Harlem. It’s a pleasure seeing these young guns continuing the movement.” (TMZ)

Meanwhile, on the “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour, the “hot boy” himself Bobby Shmurda was brought on stage by Drizzy to perform his hit song, “Hot N*gga.” Shmurda has constantly been on top or in the top three on the Billboard Emerging Artists charts and last night he joined Drizzy to shut down the stage in New Jersey.
