Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross isn’t here for the Cardi B slamming. The hip-hop veteran has come to her defense amid her revelation about drugging and robbing men in the past.

In a new video clip, Yung Renzel kept it 100 on why Cardi’s former antics were just a product of her environment.

“Let me tell you something, I’ve seen a lot of people tagging me with this Cardi B sh*t. And I’m going to tell you this, let me explain something to you. Leave Cardi B alone and the reason I tell you that is in a lot of circumstances, that’s what come with that lifestyle. She never hid that. We all know that. Fortunately I’m from Miami and I understand that. My circumstances and my incidents where I did lose a seven-figure deal with Reebok and I took that to the chin. I have no love lost for Reebok, you understand? I needed to understand that I was a king, and they’re right, I didn’t need to promote that. The parties I attended at the time, where I’m from, that was the lifestyle. You dig? And when you look at the reaction when I perform that [‘U.O.E.N.O’] record, that was the most popular line to a lot of mothafuckas and that’s who I wrote that for. I wrote that for motherf*ckers that live that lifestyle.”

Back in 2013, late rapper Mac Miller defended Ross’ now-infamous line about giving women drugs without their knowledge.

“I don’t know if you’ve ever taken molly but you’re not getting raped on molly,” he says, referencing the controversy surrounding rapper Rick Ross eluding to using molly as a date rape drug in the lyrics to one of his songs. “It’s not a roofie. If you have sex on molly, it’s consensual. Like, they were calling molly this date-rape drug and sh*t — it’s not a date-rape drug. I don’t even like to have sex when I roll. If I’m rolling and I’m with a girl, I’m much more likely to have a good conversation. For real.” (Huffington Post)

As a result of his lyrics, Ross lost a multi-million dollar deal with sneaker giant Reebok.

Rick Ross is crestfallen over losing his Reebok deal because of that date rape song … but he’s also bitter because he believes the shoe company owed him a second chance. Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ … Ross will lose between $3.5 million and $5 million … he was getting a check each time he wore the shoes. TMZ broke the story … Reebok dumped Ross for releasing the song U.O.E.N.O., which includes the lyric: “Put Molly [Ecstasy] all in the champagne. She ain’t even know it. I took her home and I enjoy that. She ain’t even know it.” Ross issued a tepid apology … suggesting the lyrics were actually misinterpreted. He also pulled the song — which was only on a mixtape. This week, Hot 97 radio veteran Funk Flex trolled Cardi with savage memes.

A few hours prior, B’s husband Offset showed her support amid social media bashings.

This week, more throwback footage emerged of how Cardi used a transgender person to get revenge on a man.

“Cheat on me? I be like, ‘Aight.’ I’ma take him out, we’re gonna get drunk. I’m gonna get him all perc’d up and everything. We’re gonna have a good time. Get him super twisted. Then bring a b*tch around, we gonna have a threesome and when he wakes up he’s gonna be like, ‘What the f*ck?’ Because the b*tch was a tranny. I’m gonna be like, ‘Yup. We had a threesome with a tranny. Yup. A tranny sucked your d*ck.’ You don’t have to f*ck another n*gga to get even. There’s other ways to get even.”
