Maybach Music Group’s Rick Ross is low-key putting together his Port of Miami 2 album and might raise the stakes with longtime pal Kanye West’s help. The South Beach native has hinted at a Yeezy collabo going down on his next solo effort.
New footage has emerged of Yung Renzel suggesting some G.O.O.D. Music for his next LP.
“A lot of times I tell you guys and I spoke on me and Kanye and the time we spent back then as youngsters but rarely do I – Port of Miami 2, it’s gonna be special. Real special.”

Back in March, Rick Ross made headlines after officially announcing the new LP’s title.
“I mean, since you mentioned it, since it’s the 10th, I’m closing out the 10th with the 10th. My 10th album before I close out my 10th year it will be Port of Miami 2: Born To Kill. First time [announcing it] and it’s only right. Right here.” (103.5 The Beat)

Ross’ protégé Meek Mill previously called his Rather You Than Me album the best LP currently available.
Rap veteran Fabolous had credited Ross’ recently released album for creatively inspiring him.
