In a recent interview, Ricky Rozay said he would put $100,000 on a Heat/Cavs bet.

Even though he admits LeBron is “one of the greatest if not the greatest ever,” it ain’t gonna stop big homie from plotting the demise of King James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. In fact, during a recent interview with Funkmaster Flex on NYC’s Hot 97, the rapper Rick Ross boasted that he’d drop a hundred stacks on his Miami Heat beating ‘Bron-‘Bron and his steamers in the 2014 NBA season. “We most definitely finishing better than the Cavaliers,” Rozay say. “I’ll put a 100 grand on that.” (Miami New Times)

Over the summer, Young Money’s Drake said he tried to get the inside scoop on Bron’s decision to leave the Heat before it became official.

“I think for the last week and a half I’ve probably been bothering LeBron as much as the press has trying to figure out what his decision was going to be. I think we were all extremely intrigued by what stage of his life he’s in. And I don’t think there’s a better way to deal with it than what he just did. I think if we were to give out an award at the ESPYS for incredible essay writing, I would definitely love to present that to him because I think that what he just did was patriotic in its own way, was courageous, and I think it’s going to obviously be one of the most historic things of our generation.” (Stereo Gum)

The Toronto native also promised he would reach out to King James to personally congratulate him.

“And I’m just honored to know him and glad that I got to — no pun intended — witness this moment. I think it’s an incredible thing. I actually woke up kind of late today, so I’m just catching on. It’s a great feeling for me. I can’t wait to get off this call and call him myself and tell him how proud I am of him because he’s been a friend of mine for a long time.” (Stereo Gum)

Back in July, Ross put his personal issues to the side and thanked Bron for his contributions to the Heat over the past four seasons.

“Gotta Respect @KingJames family/business decision after 4 Eastern Conference Championships • 2 NBA Championships and coming to my @wingstop,” Ross tweeted July 11. (Rick Ross’ Twitter)

  1. I am a Heat fan to heart. However, that bet is a tad extreme. But, when you have it to blow maybe not…lol

  5. LeBron is nothing I repeat NOTHING but a stats hog, that guy is scared sh!tless of taking the last shot. His stats are very impressive but he is not anywhere near the caliber of Jordan, Bryant, Anthony or Wade.
