R&B singer/songwriter Paloma Ford makes a mighty return with the ravishing release of her eagerly awaited visual "All For Nothing" with rap heavyweight Rick Ross. The Chandler Lass-directed visual complements the timeless Niko-produced track which was self-penned by Ford and rising songwriter Dazmin Laster.
“All For Nothing” has recently seen an outpour of acclaim and reception since the Long Beach native released her latest X TAPES project last year. In the video, Paloma Ford unveils her most personal visual to date smoothly weaving together genres of R&B, Soul, and Hip-Hop while tackling introspective themes of love and loss.
Ford has since dished on her music video’s overall message and meaning. “‘All For Nothing’ is the lead track for X TAPES and reflects the essence of the project. It’s the climax to a moment where things fall apart, and you have the choice to move past it or bask in the loss. It’s about having that true moment of honesty with yourself. I wanted the concept to be as strong as the lyrics and the message in the song and reflect my journey through love, loss, and the power behind these moments.”
