Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross recently talked about the acclaim protégé Meek Mill has received since joining his record label and revealed what fans could expect from his delayed Dreams Worth More Than Money album.
Along with proclaiming Meek’s greatness, Ross also acknowledged his high-profile romance with rap star Nicki Minaj.
“He represents the struggle of the Black male. When Meek makes his music, the streets connect on so many different levels; they know it’s real, they know it’s authentic, they know Meek giving them the truth. From being that young n*gga with the nappy braids battlin’ n*ggas on the corner to being the hottest n*gga in the streets. The streets gonna give him the keys, the streets gonna give him the crown. Got the baddest b*tch in the game on his shoulder.” (XXL Mag)
